DRM R130SS Single Sided from Durston Tools is the space-saving version of the well-known single-sided motorized rolling mill DRM130. The model offers the same high performance and precision but in a significantly more compact format – perfect for goldsmith workshops where space is limited.

Valsverket är utrustat med 130 mm kombinationsvalsar med 10 runda trådspår samt en 75 mm bred plan valsyta. Kombinationen gör det möjligt att valsa både rund tråd och plåt i samma maskin. Sidovalsarna har dessutom fyra spår för valsning av halvrund tråd i dimensionerna 4, 3, 2 och 1,5 mm.

Den kraftfulla 1,1 kW motorn is designed for continuous operation and provides smooth and reliable power. Stepless speed control with forward and reverse function gives full control over each rolling, while the machine operates very quietly.

DRM SS R130 has a robust cast iron construction for optimal strength and stability. The base measures only 45 × 25 cm, making the model particularly suitable when workspace is limited.

The rollers are specially induction hardened to 64 Rockwell C (HRC) and the main surfaces of the rollers are hardened to a depth of 6 mm. This provides high wear resistance and long service life even with professional use.

For safe use, the rolling mill is equipped with an emergency stop button, safety brackets on the front and back, and guards over the side rollers and the upper gears.
