Heimerle + Meule Ultra Clean Ultrasonic Cleaning Concentrate, 1l, Un3267

The Heimerle + Meule Ultrasonic cleaning concentrate ULTRA CLEAN is an ideal product for high demands. It is also free of silicates, phosphates and sodium hydroxide.

The cleaning concentrate is perfect for removal of polishing pastes, oils, greases and fingerprints from precious and non-ferrous metals.

Developed by highly qualified specialists, this solution has an excellent emulsifying effect and is therefore very efficient. Easy to handle, this ultrasonic solution helps to achieve a fast and efficient processing result every time.

As a result of its good solubility and the ease of use, it is suitable for large-scale electroplating as well as for smaller items.

It is important to read the information sheet before use. Following the outlined procedures are essential for optimal results as additional products and processes are needed.

 

Instructions for use:

• Tank material: PVC, PP, PPH, PE or stainless steel
• Bath temperature: 40 – 70 °C
• Exposition time: 0.5 – 3 min
• Into a thoroughly cleaned tank add the quantity of tap water which is required for the desired bath volume to be filled and heat to 40 °C
• Stirring continuously, slowly add the desired quantity of Ultra Clean ultrasonic cleaning concentrate
• The solution must be stirred until the chemicals have been dissolved and have fully merged with the water

The chemical must be stored sealed and has a limited shelf life (approx. 2 years after date of manufacturer). Always check the expiry date displayed on the bottle.
